Cookies keju

 

1. Campurkan 60 gr tepung terigu, 50 gr keju cheddar parut, 30 gr unsalted butter yang sudah leleh, dan terakhir 1 sendok makan air dingin sebagai pelekat;
2. Bentuk sesuai keinginan, semakin tipis bentuknya semakin gurih haasilnya.;
3. Panggang di oven 170 derajat selama 15 menit.

Ah Poong, Bogor

My husband had a meeting in Sentul this morning so I decided to tag along with the boy, just to get out of the house.
So I did a quick Google search, and decided to check out Ah Poong / Eco Art Park, near the Sentul toll exit.

To my surprise it was very nice. Clean and well maintained, plus they have this huge selection of food, surrounded by water. Not clear blue water, but water. Not bad at all. Oh, but no Nursery obviously.

I would come here to eat, having the park is a bonus for kids to explore.
